## Overview

Goguryeo, Baekje and Silla each had their dress, with colour and headgear marking rank.

## Key garments and style

Both sexes wore the jeogori on top, men with baji and women with a chima, and a po over it. Murals such as those of Goguryeo's Muyongchong show dotted-pattern garments and colour distinctions by rank, and the fine gold crowns of Silla and Baekje are also known.

## Transition

Under Unified Silla, Tang court dress was adopted as official wear, layered over the native two-piece form.
